You can make a payment to us after you have comfirmed the deal with the seller. You can pay by PAYLAH.

We do not charge any transaction fee on using our platform. But we provide quality delivery service as low as $1.

How long it takes to receive my item?
The delivery service is available between 12PM and 7PM daily, you may receive your item anytime in that period.

Can I refund the item?
We are not responsible for any damage caused by the sellers or buyers. However, you can contact the seller directly.

Where can I receive my item?
Anywhere in the NTU campus.

How much is the transaction fee?
We do not charge on the transaction fee, we only apply a $1 charge on using our delivery service.

How do you deliver my item?
Once the deal is made, we will collect your item in any location in the NTU campus between 12PM to 7PM and transfer it to the buyer. After we collect the amount from the buyer, we will make payment to you in due time. Of course, you may opt to collect the amount yourself.

What can I sell?
You can sell new items, second-hand items or hand-made items on the platform. Only items that are legally approve by the law of Singapore can be sold. We retain the right to delist your item if we discover that the item is not promoting social good.

Can I sell refrigerator?
You can sell refrigerator. However, we do not provide delivery service for any item greater than 5kg. You may consider to deliver yourself.

I am not a NTU student, can I sell on your platform?
Can, but we only collect your items within the NTU campus.

Anything can be delivered?
We will not process any delivery order if it is greater than 5kg. Our team retain the right to decide whether or not to delivery the item.
